Alright, now Psychology Today is not the most profound read on the planet, nor is it the smartest or most fact-checking, i.e. in the article they say that, "Opium and cannabis are the only natural (agricultural) psychoactive drugs." Um, excuse me, WHAT? They also mention "magic mushrooms" in the data they give but those are somehow not "agricultural" amongst hundreds of other ready to use psychoactive substances found in nature and used for thousands of years. Kind of ridiculous but nonetheless, I'M SMART! Now where's that damn heroin burrito I was making for lunch? And to quote Chappelle, "Sprinkle some crack on it."
